This session presented common themes and challenges that emerged from the Resilient CT planning process in Fairfield and New Haven Counties (Resilient CT 1.0). The second presentation focused on how municipalities can take advantage of recent Federal programs under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), to support projects and actions that improve the resilience of local energy infrastructure.
