This section includes the results of the planning-level benefit-cost analysis for the three Succor Brook flood mitigation alternatives carried out by Kleinfelder using the FEMA BCA Toolkit. Note that the analyses presented herein are based on conceptual-level cost estimates for each alternative and should be considered as initial calculations of costs and benefits only, to be used for planning purposes to facilitate potential future grant funding applications. Certain elevations used to estimate building first floor levels were based on lidar data and should be replaced with field survey data to confirm building flood impacts.
